If you’re looking for an opportunity to grow your practice, strengthen your body, and calm your mind, join Danyelle on Mondays from 7-8pm for Candlelight YinYasa! We’ll start with a strong flow to help challenge your body and focus on moving with your breath. We will then transition into a yummy Yin practice, giving you an opportunity to explore the deeper muscles in your body while exploring a meditative, quiet mind. We will be in low light, and candlelight to create a blissfully zen ambiance.
