Yoga Nidra: Deep Relaxation Practice

Brooke West is a Yoga therapist, a mental health advocate and a psychiatric survivor. She is a lecturer, researcher and visionary pioneer in mental health, spiritual emergency and Yoga therapy, bringing trauma-informed Yoga and meditation to individuals in private practice and in groups; to public health agencies; schools; and in military settings. She coaches locally and online; she leads Yoga trainings and retreats; and she has presented internationally on Yoga therapy and mental health. She lives on the central coast.
One hour of Yoga Nidra is said to equal four hours of sleep.
