Holly Padove

A Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist (C.A.S.), Holly received her degree from the California College of Ayurveda (CCA) in 2004. This California state approved school provides two years of in-depth training in Ayurveda. She is currently a member of NAMA, the National Ayurvedic Medical Association, and offers private consults, workshops and retreats.
Holly dedicates herself to nutrition, health, fitness and the body-mind connection. Also a Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Qi Gong instructor, she finds that these body-mind-spirit practices greatly enhance an Ayurvedic lifestyle.

In addition to reviewing the “why, when and how of cleansing,” the workshop will also include an introduction to Ayurveda, a system of holistic medicine that dates back 5,000 years.
