Theresa Hertel

Theresa is a certified Advanced Trained MELT Method Instructor and Certified Raja Energy Practitioner with the Fiesst Institute and Personal Trainer. Her business is called Special T Health and Wellness. She holds a B.S. in Physical Education specializing in Adult Health and fitness / Corporate Fitness from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Graduated 1986. Theresa has trained and participated in the Health and Fitness Industry for over 30 years. She started her career specializing in Fitness Testing and Health evaluation and Personal Training. She has enjoyed a life time being involved in several aspects of athletic sports, competing to general training in, swimming, gymnastics, running, equestrian, martial arts, mountain biking, surfing, yoga and skiing. Theresa enjoys the rewards of sharing, giving, teaching and training people to experience the many aspects in the world of Fitness and Health and Improved Wellness.

  • Week 1 / Wednesday 10/4/17: Learn MELT Method Basics and Essentials
    This class will teach you the hows, whys & whats of MELT Training. You will learn the entry level Hand and Foot treatments with the MELT Soft ball and Rebalancing Techniques on the MELT Roller.

    Week 2 / Wednesday 10/11/17: Learn MELT Method For The Upper Body
    This Class will teach you the MELT moves that address relieving the aches, pains and stress related to the Upper Body. This includes Neck, Shoulder Girdle, Arm Lines (including hands) and Rib Cage.

    Week 3 / Wednesday 10/18/17: Learn MELT Method For The Lower Body
    This Class will teach you the MELT moves that address aches, pains and stress related to the Lower Body. This includes the Low Back, Hips, Legs and Feet.

    Week 4 / Wednesday 11/1/17: Learn A MELT Method Routine Combining The Basics, Upper Body and Lower Body.
    This class teaches you what we call a "MELT Map". It will combine everything that is learned in the other series classes into a full class that addresses the whole body.
