I fell in love with Yoga the first time I stepped onto a mat in 1993 and have been voraciously studying ever since. Passionate about Restorative Yoga and all of its benefits, I became certified in 2009 after completing my first Yoga Teacher Training at The Yoga Tree in San Francisco with Judith Hanson Lasater. One year later, I founded and operated Grass Valley Yoga Studio, and began to share my love of this beautiful practice. I successfully completed the Foundations of Svaroopa Yoga teacher training in 2012. I received my most recent Yoga Alliance certification through The Yoga Shack in Nipomo, CA. My family and I relocated to the Central Coast in 2014 and I am grateful to have found the incredible community of Yoga Village which has welcomed me with open arms as the owner / director, since March 2016.

Join us for this complete and balanced class; based on Hatha Yoga principles (asana, meditation & pranyama). Class involves a series of physical postures, with a focus on correct alignment, balance, stretching and relaxing. Classes are designed with a goal to help you leave feeling refreshed, stronger, relaxed and balanced. Perfect for all levels; props are often used and variations offered to accommodate students at all levels.
Join us for this nurturing practice for body and soul. Restorative Yoga, Guided Meditation, and Gentle Stretching allows our bodies to release physical and emotional stress so we can focus on health and healing.
Join us at Grover Beach for this toes in the sand practice! There is plenty of free parking at the end of West Grand. Walk onto the beach at the end of the boardwalk and you will see us down by the water, off to the right, ready to greet you!
Please bring a sheet, a firm blanket, and your sense of adventure. Yoga mat is optional.

(vinyasa) between asanas
