Come discover your true self through this thoughtful life touching movement of hula which is fun, energetic & creative. Marilyn Mercado graduated from the University of Hawaii. She moved to the Central Coast 12 years ago from the island of Maui. She formed a hula dance group and choreographed dances to perform at Luaus party. Certi ed as a Sports Yoga instructor and 200 hrs RYT, she complemented her dance career by practicing and teaching yoga to children and adults to keep them healthy, exible, strong, coordinated and balanced.
A Journey into Living in Co-Creative Awareness with your Chakras

In this 3 session series, we will enjoy direct experience of our chakras and the information they hold for us through activation and clearing of our chakras, as well as engage in a little known practice of Celtic Chakra Weaving to remind our chakras of their capacity to evolve in this lifetime. We will use Eden Energy Medicine practices with Yin Yoga and Breath awareness in these relaxing, yet enlivening, experiences. $20 per session

This workshop is based on honing your intuition, harnessing your natural abilities, and connecting with your power. It's physical, yes, and include learning and practicing traditional hands-on physical self-defense moves. But what this workshop is really about is flexing your awareness muscle.
We discuss sensitive issues. We talk about attending to red flags, paying attention to your intuition, and truly processing and accounting for the information delivered to us by our environments and relationships.
We do physical and mental exercises to sharpen and enhance your self awareness. Awareness helps you identify, avoid, and get out of dangerous situations. And awareness helps you make effective and empowering life decisions, too.
With Action Awareness Training, you’re not just practicing survival skills. You’re developing powerful life skills.
Train in and practice key concepts of successful self-defense. Discover your own powers of intuition and logic and how to use them strategically and holistically for self-protection, success, safety, and even whole-life-happiness. Hone your powers of awareness to assess potentially unsafe situations. Discover your personal warning flags so you can define safe boundaries for yourself, physically and emotionally.
